2-Year Warranty Coverage
All watches purchased from Watchello.com are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with the European Consumer Code (DL 206/05). This warranty applies to products exhibiting manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, provided they have been used correctly and as intended.
Important: Most watch brands offer an official international warranty and manage warranty claims directly through their global service network. Therefore, customers must first contact the manufacturer or brand’s authorized service center as indicated in the documentation (warranty booklet or card) received with the product.
Watchello does not handle warranty assessments or repairs directly unless specifically stated. If, for any reason, you are unable to resolve the issue with the brand, our customer service team will be happy to assist further.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What is not covered:
- Damage resulting from improper or inappropriate use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Battery replacement.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Battery Replacement
Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty. We recommend having your watch battery replaced by an authorized service center or qualified watchmaker to ensure proper handling and to maintain the integrity of your timepiece.
