Refunds

At Watchello, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window—significantly exceeding the 14-day minimum required by European Directive 2011/83/EU.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact.
• Return shipping costs and method are the customer’s responsibility. Watchello is not liable for any lost shipments or delays in the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

About Prices and Taxes

Pricing: We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will always reflect the price at the time of purchase.

Transparent Taxes Display: All prices displayed on Watchello include VAT and applicable taxes, where relevant. VAT is automatically calculated based on your shipping location. For customers in regions where VAT does not apply, prices are shown excluding VAT, but local taxes or duties may still apply upon delivery.

Customs Duties: Customers outside the EU may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, as these are not included in the price. These charges are collected directly by the courier, who will contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order to arrange payment and delivery.
