Delivery methods

The customer, after confirming the order, receive a confirmation email with:

• The order number
• The identification codes of products purchased
• The quantity of products purchased
• The prices of products purchased

Time and Luxury S.r.l .:

• Check the availability of products in its stores;
• Send email to take charge of the order or an email that tells the customer the inability to fulfill the order with its proposal to replace the product or refund of any advance payment; We send the products to the customer via courier;
• We send an email to the customer with the tracking number;
• Deliveries are made by express courier.

Shipments will be made within 1 working day from Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time, but not guaranteed, they are:

• 24 hours for the whole peninsula Italy
• 48 hours to the Islands

If you fail to collect within 5 working days of the present products in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of Time and Luxury Srl.In the event of non-withdrawal within three months, by the customer, the products present in storage at the warehouses of Time and Luxury Srl, the latter may deem products wrecks, retaining an amount equal to the cost of the products themselves, by way of criminal. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that:

• the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document;
• the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

Any damage to packing and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, “subject to control ” (specifying the reason for the reserve, eg. “Packaging broken”, “packaging crushed “, etc.) on the proof of delivery courier. From the moment the customer signed the form, you cannot make any objection about the appearance of the goods.Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received with what is indicated in the e-mail confirmation of the order: must be reported using one of the channels mentioned above, within 3 days from delivery

Returns and Refunds

All products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
 
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in like-new, unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all seals and labels still attached. However, it is no problem to receive them back in stock after this deadline.

We recommend the use of a courier with insurance and tracking of the package to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.
 
Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal are borne by the purchaser.
 
Once the returned order arrives at our warehouse, the verification procedure for approval of the refund is processed.

If the return is validated as eligible for a full refund equal to the amount of your order, within 7 days of approval it will be processed through the original payment system.

It’s good to know that to ensure the good functioning of the watch it is fundamental to protect the case avoiding the entrance of external substances like dust, water and/or dirt so they don’t compromise its movement.
The water resistant indication qualifies a watch when its case is perfectly protected with washers, screw seals and other high performance systems.
Even vapour and hot water can be very dangerous because they damage and dilate the protective washers of the case.
The watches are declared “water resistant” by the Companies that produce them. A watch is declared “water resistant” if, and only if, at the end of a specific test its case doesn’t contain any traces of water. The test consists in closing the watch, one picked at random, in a special container and submitting it at a pressure of 2 to 3 bars (that respectively correspond to 20 and 30 metres in normal water pressure conditions).
We must point out that even if the watches are water resistant, in other words they resist up to “30 metres” ( almost all watches of the best brands are nowadays) they must absolutely not be immersed in water because the “water resistant” qualification will only indicate that the watch in question is able to offer a high resistance to the liquid element with which it only occasionally comes into contact with.
From this perspective, the “Water Resistant” indication on watches is to be mainly intended only as a guarantee of the good closure of the case.
A totally different matter is the “Waterproof” or “Diver”indication; to be declared as such by the companies that produce it, a watch must “individually” and not by random sampling, be able to resist at 100 metres (10 bars) under sea level and must also pass the absolute waterproof test in water at a 12.5 bar pressure, a value that is way above the 10 bar pressure it is guaranteed for.
This means that a watch is really waterproof only when it is guaranteed by the company that produces it to resist up to 100 metres under sea level.
