Delivery methods

The customer, after confirming the order, receive a confirmation email with:

• The order number
• The identification codes of products purchased
• The quantity of products purchased
• The prices of products purchased

• Check the availability of products in its stores;

• the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

Any damage to packing and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, “subject to control ” (specifying the reason for the reserve, eg. “Packaging broken”, “packaging crushed “, etc.) on the proof of delivery courier. Returns and Refunds

All products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
 
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in like-new, unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all seals and labels still attached. However, it is no problem to receive them back in stock after this deadline.
